The instructions are included which was originally posted bygudds
but i have a few modifications which worked for me
1. Turn on internet before installation.
2. Turn off net after installation isfinished
3. Reboot in safe mode as administer and Copy and paste the included cracked ashBase.dll from the crack folder into the avast programdirectory (replacing the original ashBase.dll file).
(Default avast program directory > C:Program FilesAlwil SoftwareAvast5)
4. rebootagain in normal mode

edit no need for disabling self defence just follow above steps
